I ordered from this restaurant many times and the last couple of times I ordered I was not happy!!!! The manager of the establishment is incompetent without the owner and cant even refund a customer her/his money without the owner present well why have a management position if YOU CANT DO YOUR JOB AS MANAGER AND KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY!!! you go eat at a restaurant and you are not satisfied with the food that you cant even eat it, its only right and fair to not make the customer pay for something they didnt even eat and complained about!!!! you want your customers to come back right????? if you take care of them regardless the issue they will come back because that shows that you appreciate them as a paying customer satisfied or not with watever they ordered that is customer service. keeping your customers happy!!!!! I will never order from this place again and the manager was rude when i made my complaint and all i wanted was refunded for what was not eaten cuz it was disgusting!!!!

Our family eats there at LEAST once a week! We love it and can't get enough! Everything on the menu is perfect! We especially love the bread!

I was unhappy with the alfrado sauce, and my fork was dirty. They in no way attempted to comp me with a different meal. I am very unhappy.
