Judith Wood Visiting Angels, We just wanted to let you know of the exemplary service of one of your caregivers. Donna cleans at our father's home in Tallmadge. On Tuesday she arrived and he was nursing a bad cut on his arm. She realized the bleeding was not stopping, called his Dr. and referred them to the ER. She drove our 97 year old father to the ER. We all know ER services aren't quick, so she devoted most of her day to him. This was definitely above and beyond the call of duty and we want to let you know you have an excellent caregiver in Donna. She called our home twice during this crisis to let us know what was going on. We were out of town, and if it wasn't for Donna, we don't know how this could have ended. We are grateful that she arrived, and even more grateful that she showed the kindness and compassion that she did. We feel that you should know when your caregivers do something special. I am sure you get some complaints, that is why compliments are important too!
