I began reading Dr. Tolleys reviews and started to rethink going to see him for my wisdom teeth to be extracted. But boy am I glad I gave him a chance! I have taken my two oldest children to other surgeons in Tallahassee and was not pleased. At all. So when it came time to have my teeth out I was willing to try someone new. He obviously has new staff because no one that I met there was anything like the previous reviews. His assistants are amazing. I was so nervous and they were as compassionate, polite and patient with me as they could be. His whole staff was Very eager to help or answer any questions. Yes they were pretty busy... But it was so worth it knowing that your going to a good surgeon that knows what he's doing and has the staff to back him up. I wouldn't recommend anyone else but Dr. Tolley in Tallahassee!

My daughter had 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Tolley. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and kindness of Dr. Tolley and his staff. My daughter's recovery went very well - no swelling, no pain. It was a very good experience!

Him and his staff were great. I've only dealt with them for a short period of time, but for that time they were beyond helpful. I am glad I decided to allow him do my tooth extraction. With this being my first IV/surgery, I was very nervous before the procedure, but all was well and everything was smooth! No problems thus far!!!!!

They?re ok. I went to them about my wisdom teeth because my dentist referred me to them. I didn?t have insurance so of course it was expensive. The surgery went fine, they didn?t waste any time getting it started. However after the surgery it?s nearly impossible to get any assistance. I needed a note for my job and it took them 2 days and 4 phone calls just to get a note. My employer almost sent me home the 2nd day because I didn?t have this note. The woman at the front desk is not a happy person, I have no idea what her job title is. She can?t schedule appointments, doesn?t know anything about re-filling a prescription and can?t take a message down to have the nurse call you back. Overall they were ok but need to work on their post surgery procedures and staff friendliness.

Dr Tolley and his excellent staff were life savers for me! I had a very bad experience prior to coming to Dr Tolley for wisdom teeth extraction, and they made every effort to make this experience comfortable. Kudos to the excellent, professional, and thoughtful staff. Highly recommend this Doctor and his team.

I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth removed. I was a little reluctant to get the operation done by Dr. Tolley's office as I read a few negative reviews. However, this was the only office that accepted my insurance locally. The reviews were a few years old so I decided to go into it with an open mind. The overall experience was excellent! The staff was extremely catering to my needs, as I needed to reschedule twice. The post-operation experience was great also. I had very minimal swelling, irritation, and pain. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee! My experience was fantastic!

I visited Dr Tolley's office to get 4 wisdom teeth removed. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. His staff was able to schedule my procedure for a few days later. Everything went smoothly and I didn't even need to take painkillers after the extraction. He is a very good surgeon. I was expecting the whole thing to be time consuming and expensive but it was quick, painless, and affordable.

Emg Mollar/Bycuspid extraction. Wait for consult 1 week while in pain. Front Office Staff very busy they weren't rude but not friendly. Dr Tolley, techs, & surgical staff - 5 stars all the way. Catered to coward-compassionate, informative, considerate of pain issues, great skill in extraction - minimal discomfort and just d a r n good at what he did for me! Very pleased. Would recommend in spite of workload at their office and perception of front office staff.

I went to see Dr. Tolley for extraction of my wisdom teeth. The initial consultation took 3 months to get. Once I got it - the initial visit went well and surgery was scheduled 3 weeks out (around my trial schedule which was very important to me). BUT then, they called LESS THAN 48 hours prior to my surgery to tell me that the insurance company hadn't returned my pre-authorization yet and I would owe $1700 at the time of my surgery. They gave me NO PRIOR WARNING that they even had to do a pre-authorization. Then, LESS THAN 24 hour prior to the surgery they called to tell me that even thought it had now been approved, they were refusing to treat me because I had called and complained about their procedure for not giving me any appropriate notice regarding this insurance issue they were having. The office had billed the insurance company INCORRECTLY, TWICE which is why they didn't have it authorized yet. It was THEIR fault for doing it wrong and then refused to treat ME! Do NOT use them!

I had an excellent experience. My regular Dentist sent me to Dr. Tolley to have a tooth extracted in preparation for a Bridge. The staff was professional and efficient. Dr. Tolley was very straightforward and offered an immediate procedure. He was caring and understanding of my existing jaw problem and was able to quickly remove the tooth. I was in and out in well under two hours. (That time included me filling out a new patient form.) Dr. Tolley also listened to me about the high strength of the painkiller that my regular Dentist gave me. Dr. Tolley offered a weaker, better alternative for pain management. I would highly recommend Dr. Tolley. It was a little difficult getting an appointment...my regular Dentist called him and requested that my appointment be moved up.
