We make careful cost estimates and create a timeline to allow for more realistic expectations. Time invested up front, combined with our unique approach for getting critical questions answered, significantly reduces the risk of costly change-orders. Our design-build consultant offers a wide range of services to assist clients with Feasibility Studies, Project Planning, Budgeting, Financing Options and Construction.Our goal is to create a high comfort level between the client contact and key members of the Sperry & Associates project management team. This improves communication and assures virtually no surprises along the way.Our track record of bringing projects in on time and within budget is virtually unmatched. Sperry & Associates utilizes the critical path method of scheduling which includes a calendar, budget and forecasting.
