The food was great and so was my server..I eat there often. BUT! I had a bad experience at the register. One of the managers had just taken a phone order from a customer and proceeded to talk about the customer like a dog. Using profanity and saying how stupid they were! I was very offended being a customer myself. I had never seen this manager before but his name was Ken. Would have been a perfect visit except for the unprofessionalism.

After ordering my pizza and going to the location to pick it up I soon learned that they hadn't even prepared order, much less cooked the thing. I was offered a voucher for $10.00 off my next purchase ...... wouldn't you know it, they now have no record of me EVER getting a pizza from them. Not to worry ......... I won't now, nor will I ever.

Horrible service, I oder a pizza at 8:04, 10:16 I am still waiting on the food. I called at 9:30 said food was on its way.

One bad experience, right after the super bowl time you were out of hand tossed pizza med,pan pizza med, that was so upsetting to me. and quite few other customers, pizza was not on time was from 15 minutes to 55 minutes. No apology at all, just kept saying we will be with you shortly.

What kind of business do they think they are running? My daughter and her freinds were in there after the Clemson game vs Fla. State and while they were paying their check, one of them noticed their car being towed!! The guy running the register had to run out and stop the driver of the tow truck. He said it happened all the time because of people using their lot to go to a bar next door. It must because there were 4 or 5 more cars being towed(by different companys) while this was happening. I would'nt reccommend this place to anyone unless they wanted to eat in their car.
