  “Jett Builders oversaw an extensive remodel for me including re-roofing, structural work, mechanical upgrades like HVAC, flooring replacement, kitchen remodel, bathroom updates, and more. Brandon was always great to work with. From the start, he was helpful with strategizing about how to best spend the money we had to spend, and I could tell he was always open to ideas and questions, handling them all with professionalism. I have only good things to say about the quality of his work and each subcontractor he brought onto the job site. Maria in his office was helpful any time I had a billing question or scheduling conflict. All in all, it was a great experience, and I will certainly recommend them and use them again!” –
• Bathroom Remodeling
  “Total bathroom remodeling. Ripped out old 35 yr old tub, put in a walk-in shower and new cabinets- I love it. Jett Builders started on time and they were within $100 of quote (I did price plus 25%) which I was thrilled about because, after they removed the tub, there was some wood rot behind the wall, which had to be repaired first. I had a few special requests (like I wanted to order by grab bar personally and I wanted a particular cabinet guy) which Brandon was fine with. If I went over the “allowance” on an item, he was great in calling me and letting me know, and giving me an option to find a different product. He kept me abreast of all the progress along the way and had GREAT recommendations on vendors to get my fixtures and tile at- and gave me recommendations of who to use. Brandon Jett has a great reputation in Tallahassee. The tile guy he used was phenomenal. He was slow, but did such an awesome job I couldn’t complain! I would recommend Jett Builders to anyone!” –

  “This is actually the second time we have worked with Brandon Jett (Jett Builders, Inc.). A few years ago we hired them to replace our driveway and they did an amazing job. When getting ready to quote, Brandon Jett makes a visit to walk through and discuss what your goals are. One of our goals was to have the garage door sealed up so that trash and bugs would not enter under the door, and make it easer to keep the garage walls clean. I had already tried various weather stripping and seals but it never quite did the trick. He listened to the goals, looked everything over, and recommended a new garage door and opener to ensure a good seal. He also recommended applying a hard coat over everything (ceiling and walls) to even out the old and new work, and make everything easier to keep up as well as a floor coating to make the floors easier to clean. We got quotes from three different providers as always, and Jett was in the middle range. The Jett quote was received first, and we tried to match everyone else to the work described in this quote. The work described in each quote was not exactly the same since one of the other providers would not do the garage door. The lowest quote provider really only did drywall hanging and painting (our original plan), and wasn’t too sure about doing the rest of the work. The highest quote included painting instead of hard coat, and did not include the garage door at all. The Jett crew got started just two days after the quote was accepted. Overall, the crews did an excellent job, and were very professional. We had absolutely no issues, and there was no re-work required. Brandon coordinated each group (general contractors, garage door installers, electricians, and painters), and we never had any questions about what was going on and when.” –

  Today I know the answers to those questions! At age 20, I started work in the construction industry as a laborer for a well known builder in town. • New Construction
  At Jett Builders we will work with you honestly to create your new custom home from the site plan to the floor plan to the finishing touches of paint and punch-out.   “Mr. Jett promptly answered an email request for an estimate, and set up and appointment, arrived on time and promptly followed up with a proposal within $100 of his ballpark estimate. The crew showed up at a reasonable morning hour, removed the broken driveway, and dug up the roots from under it that caused it to break up. They picked up the debris, and hauled it off with them. They were very polite and professional about their work.” –
• Excavation
  “The provider showed up when he said he would. His crew was well supervised, and worked very efficiently. The excavation was done so as to miss television ad phone cables without a problem. The concrete truck arrived as scheduled when the site was prepared for the pour. Difficulty began when the concrete pumper developed a problem which delayed the pour off and on during the pour. Instead of having the pour finished and the remaining work completed on schedule, the provider’s crew had to work into the evening to complete their work. An additional hardship faced by the provider’s crew was the fact that the delay in the concrete pumper resulted in a stiffer pour, and made working it much harder. The provider’s crew was excellent through the whole ordeal. Their work day was extended by several hours because of the concrete pumper’s problems. Additionally, they had to come back the next day to check everything over in daylight, and make sure everything was finished correctly. This included removing the forms, and raking out dirt next to the driveway. Again, the performance of the provider and his crew was outstanding especially considering the unexpected problems created by the failure of a subcontractor’s concrete pumping equipment.” –

  “Provided an estimate on building a cement block skirting around my 76×30′ mobile home, replaced exterior front door and enlarged frame to standard door size, and built two small decks with 4×4′ landing and 4′ wide steps. The improvements were to be made in advance of selling our home, but we decided to remain there and not do the improvements at this time. Brandon Jett came out and we walked/talked through the improvements we were considering. He provided a suggestion as to the type of cement block we would need, and what would be done to enlarge our exterior door frame. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I look forward to working with him in the future.” –
