The doctors and staff at this facility are fantastic. They listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. I love the cloth gowns they gave me to wear in the exam room. I didn't feel like a roll of paper towels. I especially loved getting the summary of my visit electronically through their patient portal. Awesome group!

I have never written a post for a business until I read the ugly post written here previously. All I know is I have had three beautiful daughters through NFWG and other personal services as well. The staff and the doctors made me feel like family. Maybe you get what you give, I am a very possitive person.

I am not sure what the above reviewer is smoking but I have never had a bad experience at North Florida Women's Care. The nurses are great, kind and informative. As far as being "worked up in the hall" you are in like a little cubby, I do, however, agree more privacy would be nice. Overall always a great visit with the nurses and docs.

This clinic operates like a factory. In my experience, the staff is unhelpful and unprofessional, the doctors are in and out quickly, and there is little concern for patient comfort and privacy. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau for their lack of patient concern and general lack of professionalism.I was made to give health history information in a hallway, had the exam room door opened while I was being examined, was told to "take my time walking out of the office" rather than wait the 20 minutes to see if I had an allergic reaction to Gardasil, and have had multiple problems involving the discount card for my birth control medication. I was made to pay full price this weekend after the card (which they failed to give me the first time) "expired" two months after I activated it, and was told by a nurse that she would call in the number for me to the pharmacy, but if that didnt work "I was going to have to figure it out myself".

Dr. Friall is by far the best OBGYN there is! She was my physician during my 1st pregnancy in 2003; and I'll be going back to her soon, as I'm now expecting my 3rd child. My 2nd pregnancy was with another physician only because I was located in a different city. I have recommended {and will continue to do so} several of my family and friends to see her. And we all agree that she's the best. Her relationship with her patients is far greater than just professional. She creates a personal bond with them as well. Hats off to Dr. Friall. 5 stars! We love you!
