I love the bar at Corner Pocket, they have a good selection, and the buffalo chicken wrap is one of my favorites there!! I also love the fried pickles with ranch. The place is fun, seems like there is always a dart tournament or poker going, and I love it when there's live music.

To me, Corner Pocket is the best sports bar in town in part because of its food. I've never had anything here that wasn't really good, but when my girlfriend and I go here, we usually get buffalo wings and curly fries. Very good sauce with the right amount of heat, and everything is fresh. The place can get crowded on certain nights, so service can slow down because of that, but servers are always friendly. Drinks are quality too, and they've regularly got live music.

I always thought that Corner Pocket was a sports bar that happened to offer food, and then I actually went there and had dinner. I then found out that it's a really good restaurant that happens to offer a bunch of TV's, pool tables, darts, poker, and a bar. Their buffalo wings are awesome, their sandwiches and wraps are great, their dressings are house made (seriously?!), they have awesome fries, and they even recently added sweet potato fries to the menu. I had those last week and they are just...wow. I love this place.

Corner Pocket is a great combination of bar, restaurant, and game room. The food is surprisingly good. They have great fried pickles and hot wings, burgers, and buffalo chicken sandwiches. Their serving sizes are often big enough to share. The staff is friendly and helpful, but often busy, because the place is usually packed. Dart tournaments are held there, and people play pool and poker. It's a very popular local hangout, and you'll find all ages and demographics there, which adds to the ambiance, in my opinion. Very fun and laid back place.

They call it the friendliest bar in town and they sure don't lie. On top of that they got darts, pool tables, poker, seating indoors and outdoors. It's unfortunate it took me 2 years to find this place and I am about to leave Tally. The waitresses are some of the cutest I have ever seen. They serve your taste of beer in tall chilled glasses, absolutely delicious, really good food for a sports bar and most of all it's not a college hangout. Your locals come here, average age I would say 35, down to earth folks who you can talk to and for the most part keep it classy. You can't beat this place if your over the college crowd and a Tally resident.

Bottom line, William Hayes (Bill) knows the business, knows people and what they want. He was the MAN at Durango's (which is no longer in operation, but it's their fault, not Bill's). Great food, great bartenders (especially Fish and Chad), but world class patrons who have fun day in, day out. You will walk in a stranger but walk out with a room full of friends. Try Corner Pocket one time.................you'll see exactly what I'm talking about.

The best service, great food, reasonable prices and the friendliest people in Tallahassee. I'll be coming back here often. If you're looking for a top notch establishment with a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place for you. Try it, and I know you'll be telling your friends.
