BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!!Everyone be aware of Benchmark, they might seem nice and treat you fair, but its only to get you to sign there lease. If you don't listen to me and do it anyways heed my warning, just take this advice,,take pictures upon pictures upon pictures and date them take 100's every little inch crevice appliances upon move in and move out, they will squeeze your deposite to nothing if you dont. i had my house for a year no major problems, until it came time to get my deposite check, only to find out they used the whole amount and added more. My place was in tip top shape, never had a party or more than 4 people over at a time, theres no way that there damage report is justifiable. I reccomend never dealing with these excuses for people.
