Terrible management. Misinformed staff. ZERO SUPPORT FOR LOYAL AT&T CUSTOMERS. They make the sale and are done with you. Went in for a new phone(which was defective too) and was offered a "free" tablet. When I got the bill for the month (LESS THAN 30 DAYS HAS PASSED) a new line was added and my bill was increased for the tablet. Was told to sign here, here and here, don't worry about that -- IMMEDIATELY Called AT&T provider and they said they won't CX unless early termination fee is paid. So I pull up paperwork and I never signed the 14 day return agreement but store manager will not take back tablet and customer gets shafted for ETF. Shell games, smoke and mirrors and in the end THE DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS -- JUST MAKING THE SALE! I've been a customer longer than these people have been employed by AT&T --
