Not worth it. They charged me $65 for 5 minutes worth of work, and all they did was pop a washing maching balance rod back into place, which popped back out the next day, so I fixed it myself. They sent 2 men out to do this, while only one worked. The other, larger guy, seemed to be annoyed at everything. He sighed and glared when I asked if he accepted credit cards. He then proceeded to inform me that I bought a poorly built washing machine. If you want to feel like a nuisance and an idiot, then call them. If not, then save yourself a lot of money and aggitation by either fixing it yourself, or finding another company. Appliance Pros is anything but professional.
