HORRIBLE ... HORRIBLE ... HORRIBLE Experience ! Save your $$ and give it to a real organization. In my quest to stop smoking I turned to the American Lung association. They offered me little in the way of assistance, support, or care - except some literature that they couldn' t even give me details about. Well, I'm desperate - I'll take anything - so I said fine. Waiting, waiting, waiting, ... still waiting ... never did get the literature. These people were no more interested in helping me stop smoking than the guy selling me my cigarettes. They told me they canceled THAT program - instead they just referred me elsewhere - not their problem ... right ? Unbelievable. And, sad thing is - even though I smoke - I actually hate smoking and I've supported the Lung Association for years. No more. I'll find a real "charity" to donate to. This is the saddest excuse for a nonprofit that I have even had the displeasure of actually trying to use myself. SAD
