I'm never going there again, nor will I recommend them! I made an appt to get my hair cut and dyed one day in advance. When I arrived AT MY APPT TIME I had to WAIT 2 HOURS to finally get my turn (keep in mind my baby shower was only in a few hours!). I wanted my hair black with red-red like blood red chunks right. The girl who did my hair (don't remember her name but she had bleach blonde and neon pink hair) got black dye ALL OVER MY _FACE_ AND NECK! And since I waited so long to be seen, by the time my chunks were being STARTED my baby shower hostess actually showed up at the salon telling me we were gonna be late! When she saw me she just about croaked I thot her eye balls were gonna pop outta her head and her jaw broken hah! Yea.. so I had to go so my chunks had to come out early and they turned out a nasty brown color! I know this is all about who does your hair and their skill BUT they still made me wait two freakin hours when I already had an appt I mean comeon!

As a new customer I've never felt more comfortable at a salon. They are always nice and friendly. Ive never been in a place more relaxing than this, and I love using there new line of aquage products. This product does wonders for my hair.
