Cherokee Elementary School, located in Tahlequah, Okla., offers classes in kindergarten through four. The school offers a wide range of subjects, such as reading and writing, language, mathematics, general science, social studies, physical education, and fine and performing arts. Cherokee Elementary School also provides special educational programs, including speech and occupational therapies and extracurricular activities to students with special needs. The school library houses a wide collection of storybooks, picture books, and color books, and also offers a variety of CDS, DVDs and children encyclopedias. Cherokee Elementary School also has a musical band, choir, spelling, mathematics and art clubs.
