Provided by YP.comEfficient! You can tell when someone loves what they do. My compliment goes to the the tiny gal they call Diane on the end counter there. You think post office you think dreaded long lines and unhappy folks who do'nt belong in customer service. My experince was far from thank you USPS! you got yourself a keeper!

Provided by YP.comCan't believe nobody has said how great this office is. Maybe it's supposed to be a secret? Never have had a problem at this location. Everyone is always helpful and friendly - and I'm a goof! Although Proctor is much closer, I much prefer the UP office. Thanks!
Horrible! My home mail carrier is psychotic. But the focus of my complaint is my PO Box... I get a large volume of mail that belongs in other boxes. The most annoying to me is my mail being misplaced.Once the mail got in the hands of a bad person and resulted in fraud, closed accounts, and having to coordinate a replacement check from my tenant. Yesterday they actually returned a rent check to the tenant marking it as 'not deliverable as addressed', it was perfectly legible and correct. When presented to the post office and asked 'what happened here?', their response was 'its a mystery' and 'we'll try to do a better job'. This is NOT OK. I pay a great deal of money for this service and have a very low volume of mail.... low enough to make their error rate hideous.
We have lived in University Place for three years and we have not had any problems until now. For the last two weeks our mail has arrived in such poor shape that papers fall out of the envelope. We are highly irritated and not sure exactly what to do about it, so that is why I'm writing a review and hopefully they make some changes! - Rochelle
