Sent my platinum diamond ring to fix one prong and it came back off center and had a wierd film on the it. Sent it back again they won't fix the ring without additional $ and they will only warranty the new head for 30 days. Seems if I am replacing the head on the ring and paying for it, that the warranty should be something more than 30 days.
