General Info
Midland's Kiddie Korral Childcare & Head Start has been in business since 1985. The center is located close to Highway 512 and you can easily reach 1-5 in many directions. We are dedicated to quality care and school readiness. Kiddie Korral has been a sub contractor of Puget Sound Educational Service District since 2003. We accept childcare subsidy from the state of Washington. MKK is monitored on a regular basis to guarantee that we are in full compliance of the Federal Head Start standards and procedures. Our staff is low on turn over and highly trained. We are a contractor with USDA food program. We supply two meals and two snacks every day. We have a large fenced play yard with gardens maintained by the children. We encourage independence through positive self esteem. Each child is monitored for Kindergarten readiness, age appropriate development and possible challenges.

They kicked my child out because they had a friend who's child wanted the spot. they claimed it was because my child was sick too much and can't miss more than 5 days. thing is he had only missed 3 days that month and when their excuse was the money i offered to pay the difference. then they came up with another excuse. i found out from an inside source that they just wanted him removed because they wanted that other child to take his opening. i provided doctors notes and they had no legal right to dismiss him from their center. i am now pursuing legal representation for pain and suffering of my son who is now heartbroken because the women and their snobby attitudes.every day i was kind and walked in their and was looked up and down because i didn't have the right clothes. they are more than kind to those that walk in with jewelry and nice clothes.the kicker is i'm dying from cancer and they knew i needed this for my son.it was the one constant in his life.i will see they are shut down
