The lady at the front desk, Michelle was very rude over the phone going over a consultation, very unprofessional. Once I came in, she told me to wait as she was playing with her cell phone. I would not refer my friends or family to such a poor place of business!

Dr Eric Lee and his staff were excellent! It was the best dental service I have has in 40 years. I had two crowns put on my front teeth and I was very worried that they would not look natural. Dr. Lee is one of the best at his craft, not only did they look naturaal but they looked better than my original theet. In addition his office is very clean and modern. Cheryl the billings and receptionist was the best. She helped me set up a payment plan that could fit my budget and walked me through the process. All his staff was friendly and professional(Yudith the dental asisstant, thank you). This is a place that I would bring my mother to. Thanks again Dr. Lee.I

Great service. They've had a few so so dentists in the past but currently have a caring professional. I've been a patient for 15 years and have gone through three sets of dentures and partials. I have experienced a few emergencies due to breakage and they always were fast to make repairs at no charge. Val is really a good guy.

I had a terrible toothache and the staff at Northwest Dental got me an appointment promptly. I had the tooth removed with very little pain. I typically am very afraid of the dentist, but my experience at this office has changed my mind. Thanks, Tom

Dr Vallon was absolutely wonderful!!!! However when I went to make a follow up appt. the receptionist that answered the phone was so rude, I actually called back after making the appt. and cancelled. I found another Denturist and had my reline done immediately. Dr Vallon is a great guy but some of his staff are as personable as a box of rocks!!!!

From the minute they answered the phone, I knew they were the office for me. Their staff was great! Very friendly and professional. They are a great team and I can smile and chew for the first time in a long time! Thanks so much!!!

I love Val he was awesome put me at ease, I have always had bad experiences but this was the first place I would go back to.. its a busy lil' place but worth the wait ! The office staff was wonderful

The doctor was always more than a half an hour late on every one of my appointments and when I first arrived for the my first appointment, one of the assistant didn't know how to floss my teeth because I had braces so she just didn't do it and just started the cleaning also she didn't even know how take new x-rays of my teeth for the medical records which took a good half an hour to actually get done after some help from another assistant. She also managed to pinch my lower lip and caused it to bleed while trying to clean my teeth. As for the doctor, he was actually nice and funny but when he actually did my filling, the color of it was shiny yellow which stood out from my teeth not to mention he said it was going to be the white kind of fillings but somehow now I wished it was the gray filling which is better off than a big yellow spot in the corner my teeth when I smile. I finally transferred dentists but it took them three weeks to finally fax my records to the new dentist.
