I had the most wonderful wedding here! I would reccommend this place for sure! I got married this past July outside on the rooftop (which was beautiful) followed by the reception in the rooftop ballroom. Throughout the entire planning process, Michael was completely upfront and honest with me, and I was never suprised or shocked by anything later on in the planning process. What he told me 9 months before, was exactly what I got the day of my wedding. I was worried the whole way through, that there would be some hidden costs, and extra charges here n there, but that never happened. My bill at the end, was exactly what I expected it to be. The staff was amazing the day of the wedding, the bartenders especially! What excellent service. They make the bride n groom feel like celebrities. The #1 compliment I received:the food was the best wedding food ever! I got that multiple times. I went with the live chef pasta bar, and it was a hit! You wont be dissappointed, just trust in Michael!

Best service ever! Great service staff and great office staff. Each step of the way was easy and effortless causing me no stress. I highly recommend the Landmark to anyone looking to take a huge load off of their shoulders when planning their wedding.

This venue is amazing. The staff was exceptionally friendly, easy to work with and bent over backwards to make my wedding and reception an extra special experience. I have heard about brides who get stressed out about their wedding day but the Landmark makes it super easy to get everything accomplished. I worked with Karen, who toured the facility with me (loved all the rooms), and Michael who was amazing at helping me put together my menu. The event coordinator was friendly and made every step effortless. I would recommend this venue to anyone I know! From the staff to the delicious food and the atmosphere that the building created for me I couldn't have asked for anything better :) Thank you Tacoma's Landmark!

Disrespectful StaffI had difficulty with them at all stages of planning all the way up to the wedding day. They are not accommodating to their clients. I had to fight with them starting with menu selections and pricing and it didnt stop on the day of the wedding. They did the chair covers wrong and didnt get them done until after guest had started to arrive. I was unable to coordinate with the Event Planner they have on site because she did not know who would be the Captain on the day of the wedding. I also was not able to know who the Captain was on the wedding day because the staff was so unorganized and behind schedule. I will never recommend another bride to get married at the Tacoma Landmark Convention Center.
