I moved up here from California July of 2009. I have now been riding at Klearmont Farms for almost 10 months & I am loving it. Kim Pratt, the trainer, is not only an amazing rider, but a great instructor as well. I have been riding for almost 10 years & was worried about finding a trainer who could help me learn all that I have to learn as well as have a wonderful atmosphere.Klearmont Farm teaches anyone from beginners to advanced jumpers. There is an awesome string of about 10 lesson horses that can handle anyone from a first time rider to an intermediate who wants to jump up to about three feet. These horses are also available for shows. Great for someone who is just starting out in the horse world.Boarding is also great. There is turn-out six days a week & an indoor and outdoor area, so the weather is never a problem for interrupting lessons. I looked around the puget sound area for a barn and this barn wasn't anymore expensive than others. Did I mention I love Kim & her staff?
