General Info

On behalf of the Browns Point Improvement Club, welcome to Browns Point! We are a non-profit club established in 1919 and run by local volunteers for the purpose of engaging in activities to advance the interests of the community. Throughout the year we sponsor and hold several social events. These events serve to bring the neighborhood closer together. Every two years, we hold the Original Browns Point Salmon Bake. This Northwest tradition started with Jerry Meeker, a Puyallup Indian and founder of our community. The Clubhouse is available to rent year-round for weddings, private events, and fundraisers. Funds raised by the BPIC are used to support our events, improve the grounds, provide Clubhouse use to local groups such as Cub Scouts and sports teams, and award scholarships to local graduating seniors.
