Allen McKenzie is a Pacific Northwest native and grew up on Bainbridge Island. He received his B.A. from the University of Washington and his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. Before becoming a lawyer he was a traveler and a teacher. Allen is a persuasive advocate and an empathetic listener with a knack for connecting with folks from a variety of backgrounds. He speaks Spanish. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Tacoma Pierce County Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Federal Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all Washington state courts, Immigration Court, the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Allens practice is mostly litigation-focused; he handles everything from employment discrimination to personal injury to probate and contract disputes.
