I did not have a bad experience at this place like the two other reviews. I stopped in to have a suit and 2 shirts dry cleaned and thought the the staff was very friendly. The actual store is nothing special but they had all of my stuff ready to be picked up the following day and had fair prices. Based on my experience with them i would recommend it to others.

HORRIBLE SERVICE - LOST/RUINED WEDDING GOWN OWNER ERIC SWANSON will not give me an answer as to the whereabouts of my wedding gown and it's been over a year and a half. He will not even take or return my phone calls. VERY upsetting!

STAY AWAY!! They ruined my quilt six months ago and have yet to make good on it - I've stopped in at least half a dozen times and the owner refuses to talk with me about it, just sends his counter staff to deal with it. They still have my quilt AND the $36 they charged me to clean it! Next step is the BBB and NYS Attorney General's office.
