Welcome to Dr. Richard D Semeran MD PC, conveniently located at 600 E. Genesee, Syracuse, NY. We are an Obstetrics (OB) and Gynecology (GYN) practice dedicated to meeting each woman's needs. We recognize that every woman is a unique individual, and provide each of our patients with the best health care possible. Our OB/GYN physicians have been serving the Syracuse community for years. We offer a variety of services in our offices, including: Laser/advanced laparoscope surgery, hysterectomy alternatives, menopause therapy, infertility.

Dr. Semeren has been my doctor for many many years. He is a wonderful, caring physician with a heart of gold. Always takes time to listen and answer questions. Love his whole staff they are personable, friendly and assist with anything you need. I will be lost if and when he retires. Can't say enough good things about him or his practice.
