The doctors are well qualified. They will answer questionsand don't make you feel silly, no matter what you ask. HOW EVER, the waiting room is always a bustling overflow, and your appointment is going to feel more like a trip to the E.R. rather than a doctor visit.plan to be there at least 21/2 to 3 hours. And another thing, your child will have a team of doctors not an appointed 1.This is very fusterating --- when a room is visited by the nurse,then 3 doctors and that's before you see the actual doctor! this is every visit.My child is not special needs or has any type of health issues which makes it even more aggravating!

OVERALL, iI have to say, I really appreciate my sons team of doctors,There is one especially who actually doesn't even have kids but she seems to hold on to my son the same way I do, ashe seems so amazed but comfortable with my boy, And his nurse is wonderful, she has showed me a few tricks that have truly made tthings easier for me, THESE PARTS ARE THE THINGS THAT ARE TRULY GREAT ABOUT THIS FACILITY--- but they should not be taking on more than they can handle. my other child goes to mchc-- it is much more efficient although there are times that they will not take on more patients which is why my son goes to UPAC BUT I totally understand why they practice this way. my daught has 1 doctor and I have never been there for morre than 1 hour including wait time.Their waaiting room is always really busy too but seems to work more efficiently. OH YEAH, IF YOU HAVE TO TAKE OFF TIME FOR WORK TO MAKE THESE aAPPOINTMENTS, THIS CERTAINLY WILL BECOME A PROBLEM.

, I appreciate the fact that they respeect my schedule and do there best to provide efficient care AT MCHC, SHE EVEN GETS A REALLY COOL BOOK EVERYTIME SHE GOES .My son still goes to UPAC BUT, ---

I GENERALLY FIND MYSELF DREDING THE APPOINTMENT DAYS BEFORE WE EVEN HAVE TO GO! YES THE CARE IS GOOD BUT BRING YOUR SLEEPING BAG, YOU'LL NEED IT!

I USED TO WONDER WHY THEY HAVE THAT FOOD SHOP IN THE LOBBY THERE, I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND NOW!
