I called with a problem. I have very large TV unit and have no way to transport it. I gave him the make and symptoms. He was honest and referred me to someone else that would be more proficient with the problem and do it "in home". I thank him for not wasting my time and money with a service call.

Held my 54" samsung for over a month. Never called me, I had to call him several times. Told me after he took my business that he hates samsung and would rather not take them. Then after the month of waitng I got my TV back still broken. Told me he couldn't fix it. Was more than eager to take the "useless" thing off my hands. Partner/brother semmed surprised when I told him I would take it home anyway. Found out he did the same thing to my mother previously. After i had already dropped mine off of course.
