Got an antipasto salad today it was terrible no onions a little meat and cheese 2 slices of tomato 2 slices of cucumber and 2 pepperoncini's with iceberg lettuce for $7.00 never again got from the nedrow store

I was told they have good wings and pizza, we decided to order a margherita pizza. they should call it a tomato pie and nothing else, no basil and 5 pieces of cheese for 20.00. I called to complain and the person that answered the phone was rude and asked if I would like to talk to the person who made it. So not only did the pizza suck but having no apology just put then into poor business catagory.

OIP has some of the best Pizza in Syracuse. In fact, we look forward to eating the pizza. I don't look forward to dealing with the surly employees. If they bumped up their customer service JUST a notch, they'd be the best around. Hands down. Can't complain about the food, though. The pizza is awesome. The crust is light and perfect New York style. The sauce is vibrant and excellent without overpowering. The cheese is amazing. They also make a great sub sandwich and cheesesteak. Their char-grilled wings are a great twist on the classic buffalo wing.

Called ordered a special pizza to be delivered. Had allways had good food from them before. The pizza was burnt and made completely wrong. Called and complained nicely, They gave me an attitude and did not offer to me it right. They will never see another penny from me.

Ordered steak sandwiches and fries..sandwiches were done,fries weren't when I got there. When fries were done the cook said "fries up" but not very loud so the girl didn't hear him. I had said to the girl that the fries were up...she went to get them, then the rude cook stated "there are only 3 people cooking and if you don't like it go to McDonalds".So, I asked for my money back, got it and left. Never even tasted the food.....but with an attitude like that I will NEVER EVER go back !!! I am not a big fan of mean people.

wings were gross and i was treated like horrible and disgusting, the wings were not cooked and when they redelivered for an additional charge they were nasty and over cooked... i am not hard to please, they had bad customer support and were rude... they actually wanted the bad wings back, and i am a weekly customer.. NEVER go back again... and i am the one from queens that left the last comment!!

they have Awesome wings and pizza... i am from queens i should know.... it is the ONLY good pizza in the area and the best place for wings.....

the grilled charred wings are the best in town !!!
