Dr. Frederick Lemley was superior as was the Medical Center in Dewitt. Broken arch in the foot. Great results!!

The doctors may be good but the practice is run like an inhumane factory. Forms and bureaucracy rule. As a patient, I was made to feel like just another cog in a wheel. The endless paperwork and the unsmiling reception staff made me feel as if nobody cared why I was there. I needed surgery. My doctor was a caring and competent professional but the entire process was totally impersonal and formulaic. They are basically the only orthopedic practice in the Syracuse area, huge and factory-like. I hope I don't need them in the future. They care more about paperwork than people.

I highly recommend going to see Dr. Alan Lemley at SOS's Hand Center. I had a hand injury last month and I was treated with courtesy from the first phone call to the office all the way through. He is kind and knows his stuff! I felt very comfortable and at ease within the Hand Center as well as with the staff. I give them a A+!
