I come from an Italian family so my grandmother would always feed me when I went to her house whether I was hungry or not. I LOVE to eat! I started my business to supplement my husband's income and build something for great that my two girls can be proud of. When I started the business my business coach suggested I use the products so I can give a personal product testimony. I've never dieted before. I was overweight but didn't consider myself "fat". I noticed an increase in my energy within an hour of taking my first Health Shake and vitamins, I started sleeping better at night (which I didn't realize was health related until I started on the program), and I lost 3 inches in my first week! I'm not left feeling unfulfilled or hungry like I expected. I ,also, expected to be craving snacks all day because I always did before. I don't crave the snacks anymore and when I do I have something small and more times than not, I'm full before I finish it. So needless to say I am very happy with the products and using the products has boosted my confidence in my business!
