Headquartered in Syracuse, N.Y., Liberty Resources is a diversified human services agency in New York. Founded in 1978, the agency offers residential and nonresidential health care services to individuals and families. It offers programs for mental health and retardation and developmental disabilities; individuals living with HIV and AIDS; families and individuals involved in child welfare activities; and domestic violence, as well as diversified case management and alcohol and substance abuse services. Liberty Resources has more than 300 employees and offers over 50 programs in more than five counties in New York. The agency, through its child and family services division, provides educational services for pregnant and parenting teenagers and offers residential counseling and independent living programs.
