I am writing to thank you for the positive experience I had while purchasing my new high efficiency gas boiler. Even with the research I had done regarding the replacement of my 95 year old "gravity boiler, your technical expertise and advice were of tremendous value and contributed greatly to the successful completion of my project. Your counter staff are friendly and knowledgeable, quickly identifying the various fittings I needed, even when I didn't know the correct name of the part! With the help from Krell Distributing I was able to save over $3000.00 compared to a professionally installed boiler while obtaining a better quality installation than I could have otherwise expected. I had a lot of problems with my in-floor radiant system that I bought from Krell. Some of the problems were things that Krell had no control over. My biggest problem with this company was in getting accurate information on the install. Krell is very knowledgable in what they do, however I didn't feel like I always got all of the information that I needed to do the job correctly. Several times I felt like I had to ask the right questions to get key information. With that said, I will also add that I addressed these concerns with Krell, and I believe that they have learned from the mistakes that I had with them. I will also say that they did their best to satisfy their customer. For the most part, they took responsibility for errors and re-imbursed me for most of it. There was only about $150.00 that I felt like they should be responsible for but was left on the table in the end. As for the radiant system itself, it's working well and I'm satisfied with the final results.
