I just went to KFC in Dewitt tonight as close to shopping store I was at. The service was very bad. The person taking the order was very slow and had to ask for assistance twice because she didn't do it correctly as I wanted. The people behind me in line were very irritated because of waiting in line. The soda machine was out of ice, chicken drumsticks as well. I asked for extra gravy on the side, as many times the potatoes under the $5 deal do not have enough and I tend to choke. Now you are charged for such. Lets say I was not happy camper and requested my money refunded and left for location in Fairmount where service has always been great!

I was to KFC in Dewitt 8/17/14, and was not happy customer. The cashier was slow, whom I assume was new, and messed up my order. The people behind me were getting irritated. The soda machine was out of ice. Service took too long. I ended up cancelling my order and refunded my money and went to KFC in Fairmount where service is much better as well as people who work there. I will not go to this one in Dewitt again!

My sister got food poisoning from here and ended up in the hospital. Nothing better than spending 4 hours in the ER with a 5 year old because of bad mac and cheese.

Fast food yuck, but biscuit so unhealthy so amazing. try mixing ther mashed potatoes with mac and cheese amazing. now although they are fast food sometimes they are slow but they will make up for it by giving you free food if you have to wait. so good service.
