The organization purchases, develops and consults on various projects. It also provides rehabilitation and property management services. Housing Visions Unlimited specializes in providing housing to low-income, handicapped and homeless citizens. Housing Visions Construction Company, an affiliate of the organization, offers construction services to prevent the physical and economic deterioration of urban areas. Housing Visions Unlimited s projects include Salina Square, Eaglewood East, Steuben Village and Willow Commons. Housing Visions Unlimited maintains a location in Syracuse, N.Y.
