Incredible service!!! Genesee Cleaners has the fastest service of any cleaners I have been to in my life. This place is 100 times better than Jet Cleaners, and I recommend Genesee for anyone who wants friendliness, generosity, and amazing service.

I took my bridesmaid dress for alterations and first i had to come back 3 times because each time they were not done. When it had finally been altered they made it 3 inches to short on one side! It also would no longer zip, she had made it 2 inches to small! I had paid half in advance and it took an hour to persuade them that it was unacceptable for me to pay for a ruined dress that i could no longer wear, when the wedding was the next day. For $45 they refused to admit there mistake. One of the worst experiences of my life!!!
