I've only had a couple of visits with Stefania so far, but I can already tell I'm going to be very satisfied. Her manner is extremely professional and warm. There seem to be a lot of inaccurate malicious reviews of her out there on other websites (including one I wrote on a different electrolygist that then turned up pasted into a review on Stefania on a different website), so I want to add my voice to those singing her praises. It was immediately evident that she knows what she is doing and that the art of electrolysis isn't just a job to her, but something she is passionate about doing well. She continuously adds to her skills and knowledge. I got her name by recommendation from a friend and I'm very happy I started working with her. I promise to write another review when i'm all done, which I anticipate will not take forever.

I have been seeing Stephania on and off over a period of years. She always recognizes my name when I call, I get very convenient appointment times and great service. Stephania makes her patients feel relaxed and comfortable and provides a very sterile environment for each patient. Highly recommend her.

No more hair, thats what I have to say. Stefania gives you everything you would expect in getting rid of those annoying troublesome hairs. Stefania does a wonderful job. I have been going to her for over two years now and she has done a great job. I do not need to go anymore but I still do because she is so wonderful--at her craft as well as a person.

I am a prior client of Stefania's, and she exhibited nothing but the utmost friendly and professional behaviors. The review posted is untrue, and may have been posted only to bemirch Stefania's reputation. Stefania provides a plan for each client's treatment, as well as including a time frame in which progress may be noticed. NO client would necessitate that a ten year period of treament be necessary. This is PERMANENT hair removal, thus, negating the stated length of treatment time.

THANK GOD i ended my sessions with her and found someone else who doesn't give me an attitude like stefania does! i come for the services....NOT the verbal abuse! stefania aint gonna stay in business long if she keeps up that pathetic attitude! after 10 yrs of verbal abuse i finally left and will never come back to her NOR will i recommend her! find someone else with a nicer attitude!
