Hello,I went on your site and saw your design staff ,didn't know you were celebrating halloween so early.

We have searched every local furniture store looking for a specific style kitchen set and couldn't fit it anywhere. We went to Dunk & Bright and Johnnie Knight, our saleswoman, took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us search until we found exactly the right set. She was knowledgeable and very helpful.

I just bought a credenza at dunk and bright and love it. I have a odd sized dining room which made the size and shape difficult to find for our furniture. I had Amy Scarsi as my consultant and she found one that is perfect! She was so willing to listen and make sure I loved what we found. I would recommend her for any makeover project!! When my credenza came there was a scratch and they sent out a wood specialist to take a look at it. He fixed the scratch so well that I can't even tell where it was. And they said if he couldn't do that or if I didn't like what he did, they would bring another with no questions. I will definitely return to the store for the rest of my furniture, the selection is OUTSTANDING!

Dunk & Bright has been a favorite furniture store of ours for many years. In particular, our salesperson, Marie Dashnaw, is incredibly helpful and has a good working knowledge of the inventory ( we always ask for Marie when we shop). The store has plenty to choose from (too much sometimes!) and prices are comparable to other furniture stores. We recently purchased new bedding from Dunk & Bright and are extremely happy with our purchase. We recommend anyone looking for furniture to check out Dunk & Bright before purchasing from somewhere else.

I recently purchased a beautiful king size bed at Dunk & Bright and absolutely love it!! Amy Rodman Scarsi is the best sales person & designer ever!!! Amy always gives great advise and really went the extra mile to make sure that I was pleased with my purchase. She encouraged me to do this and I am so happy I did. Whenever I have to shop for furnishings, whether for my own home or the Alpha Phi house at my alma mater, I always go to Dunk & Bright first, before making any purchasing decisions. My salesperson, Marie Dashnaw, always goes above and beyond...whether it be to "brave the elements" outside in natural light to make sure a color swatch is exactly what I'm looking for in a sectional to match oriental carpets at the sorority or going on a trek to find the perfect stylish but kid-proof counter stools for my kitchen. Oh yes, and somehow she always manages to occupy my very active boys while I shop. Great selection...GREAT SERVICE...so glad Dunk & Bright AND Marie are here in Syracuse!

She does not just stop with helping you pick out great furniture, but gives amazing advice on paint colors, accessories, and pictures. This is not the pushy sales experience that you find at most stores. Amy will help you from the designer standpoint and you will be 100% satisfied with your experience.

Everyone I worked with was great.My saleswomen named Michelle was fantastic. Somehow she knew exactly what I wanted! I have been shopping Dunk & Bright for 39 years. Can't beat the quality and service. On my recent purchases, it was truly a pleasure working with Tammie Wicks. We had a great chemistry, which is so important when trying to coordinate colors, patterns and textures. Thumbs up Tammie, our place looks beautiful!

I purchased two leather chairs recently and was very happy with my purchase. They were custom built and took about six weeks to arrive, which felt like a long time, but I don't blame the store for that at all. The selection at Dunk & Bright is amazing. The place is insanely big, and their priced are very good for quality brands.
