DBR technician (John), that made the service call was very professional. He knew exactly how to fix our water heater problem. We have had no problem since it was fixed. We highly recommend DBR plumbing.

I've always been pleased with DBR Plumbing's service. And all of their staff, from the office personnel to the service techs are incredibly responsive and efficient. I have had their help with everything from water main issues coming from road into the house, leaky toilets and clogged drains/sewer. I highly recommend them.

Contacted them and they were able to come out in the afternoon. 2 showed up. I showed them where I thought the problem was, and they cleared the line. That was fine, but they didn't honor the $15 credit for mentioning the add, and were twice as expensive as another plumber I usually use, probably because 2 showed up, and they left a bucket of dirty water, which I had to clean up.

Your tech came to fix a leaking, running toilet. He identified and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes, a failed diy project of mine the previous day. You guys are great!!
