Very impersonal...treated with rudeness and made to feel like our business didn't matter. Was almost like they couldn't get us out of the store fast enough. Wasn't willing to explain anything, nor give us an in-home estimate. It was a painful experience, especially when we were serious about buying. Saddly, words can't describe how we felt after leaving this store. People should be prepared if they want to do business with this company.

Dave was very helpful, cooperative, patient and honest in my purchase of my Northfield gas stove. Kyle, the installer was on time, clean courteous and patient in explaining how to use the remote(I recommend purchasing). I would leave the stove on with windows open longer than he indicated to burn off the oils/paints etc of the new stove. I recommend the stove and Countryside Stoves & Chimneys.
