B.G. Sulzle is one of the world's largest independent manufacturers of drilled-end surgical needles. The company produces as many needle types as the worldwide market demands while meeting some of the highest regulatory standards of product traceability. At the same time, its core technologies of grinding, forming, drilling and bending surgical grade stainless steel makes the company an ideal resource for creating other tight tolerance, metal fabricated devices. The company began more than 50 years ago when Ben Sulzle developed one of the first atraumatic drilled-end surgical needles. It manufactures more than 4,000 types of wound closure products. Products include a variety of needle styles, such as regular trocar point, regular taper point, regular taper cutting, regular reverse cutting edge, regular diamond point, regular conventional cutting edge, regular blunt taper point, regular ball point, premium lancet point, premium diamond point, premium cutting edge and cardiovascular needles.
