We recently purchased a mattress set and custom-finish iron bed frame from the Syracuse location, and could not have been more pleased with the excellent service we received. The sales staff was extremely helpful without being pushy, the quality of our new bed is top-notch, and the price was great for the high-quality of the product. We will definitely purchase furniture from this store in the future, and heartily recommend ACF to everyone looking for furnish a home.

Unhappy with the unempathetic treatment received as I went to express concern over the fact that the table ordered in a stain to match current chairs is far from matching, store personnel had been part of the matching process. Intent was that we would build upon this table. No intent of going back now! the attitude was another disappointment. Clearly they had no plan to make the customer happy. we ordered it paid already and certainly they had no obligation nor intent to acknowledge the great disappointment of a table that will sit in our home as a reminder of a poor choice. will not be ordering chairs from a place that couldn't even pretend to have respect for the disappointment and expense. Nor even assistance carrying items out of the store. Fine we are stuck and out of luck but alittle better attitude may have kept a customer. Some of the disappointment is that we have not indeed found the place where we can buy items as we can over time Too bad. Luck to others, BE CAREFUL
