MercyFirst is a nonprofit, human service agency that serves more than 4,000 children, teenagers and families every year in Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau and Suffolk counties in New York. It offers a range of treatment and support services to children and adolescents through its residential group home and campus-based programs. The agency provides care services for children who suffer from abuse and neglect. MercyFirst also offers services for youths with serious emotional problems. It administers family support, after-school, and community-based residential treatment programs. In addition, the agency provides foster care and adoption services. MercyFirst maintains a network of over 20 service locations.
