I went for a perm. I have naturally wavy hair and wanted some more curl. I got overcharged fora perm by an apparent novice stylist. My hair came out curly underneath with straight pieces all over the top. I contacted the salon, spoke to the manager only to be told that they could do a spot perm in two weeks. I lived with it for two days feeling awful about my hair and then found a salon open on Sunday to get my hair cut. I had beautiful shoulder-length hair that had to be chopped into short layers to blend the hair that was straight with what was curly. I also have found spots of spiky shards where apparently my hair was broken off. If you want bald spiky spots, half a perm and a peeling scalp go here

If you had gone somewhere for a perm and then realized that you had shards of hair on the top of your head in multiple spots from where your hair had been broken off you wouldn't go back either. Spiky bald spots with a peeling scalp and a half-done perm in really not what I paid for.

This is the best Aveda concept salon in the region. It's young and hip while at the same time conservative. The stylists listen to your needs and help formulate colors and styles to suit your skin tone and facial structure. I highly recommend this salon!
