Any time you go to a doctors office you might as well be ready to wait. I work for a doctor and they are very busy and they are human. Sometime people forget that they are human, like they are not supposed do get sick but they do, and they are not supposed to have a bad day but they do. I know there is no excuse for being rude to patients but remember everyone makes mistakes and everyone is human. I called today to make an appointment and the girl that made the appointment was very sweet and got me in soon.

Had the best experience. Annuals are never easy but the physicians was calming and gentle. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for an OBGYN.

I decided to continue with the appointment any, hoping the providers did not reflect the attitude of the staff. I came for my appt and waited over an hour longer than my scheduled appt time, no one told me what the hold up was, then when I finally get taken back I see the doctor eating lunch. I was mortified and should have left but did not. The physician was short and did not answer any of my questions. Please learn from my mistakes and avoid this practice, they seem very new and are not patient focused.
