OMG....this is the most unethical, unprofessional company I've ever had to work with. They totally take advantage of the disabled...over charge and under-deliver...They charge a fortune to pick up your scooter, then you pay an upfront fee for them to diagnose the problem, then you pay an exorbitant amount of $$$ to have it fixed. They promised to deliver the scooter on five different occasions and never even called to tell me they weren't coming. They make you pay for all their services up front before they re-deliver your scooter. You cannot inspect their work before paying for their services. They get you coming and going

By far the most helpful people I've worked with. My mother has been confined to a wheelchair for the past several years and as you can imagine it's been quite a struggle. West Coast was nice enough to give my mom the time to find the most comfortable chair and teach her how to use it properly. They are patient and friendly, what you would expect from a company that deals with people with disabilities. Other places I found treated us like a customer but here we felt like a patient. They even helped us install ramps at the house and handled all the insurance forms. Great experience and definitely the best around.

Used to be with scooter store but after they shut down I was left out to dry. I saw their ad on google and after speaking to them was very surprised how helpful they were. We live in San Diego now and they drove all they way to us to pick up my grandmas chair and they gave her a replacement for the meantime. Now that's customer service if you ask me. Our insurance covered the costs and we didn't pay anything out of pocket. Can't complain at all.

West coast is one of the better places for diabetic supplies, especially in this area. Living in Oak Park there's not many places out here but Sylmar is only a short drive and I like how there's always parking. There new building is much bigger and spacious and they have a repair shop in the back. They feel like a family business without any of that corp mumbo jumbo. They take insurance so I never have to pay out of pocket. Definitely recommend.

nice place. been coming here for several years since they take medicare. friendly and honest, usually I never have to pay out of pocket. they also make house calls which is convenient.

Found them online, needed to fix our grandmas motorized wheelchair. They were very friendly from the get-go and invited me to come down or even offered to visit our house. We brought the chair in and they said it would be about a 4 days to fix and they even gave us a loaner chair for the meantime. The owner Carlos personally helped us and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. All and all it was a nice experience.

In my opinion West Coast Medical Equipment & Repair, this place is a rip off, on their scooter repair, They did not send the right parts to repair the scooter, Looked at the scooter , Did not do anything charged $175.00

said they would have to take it back with them and it would be about another $800.00 to fix it. Wrong name and address on work order. I would never use their services again

They sold me a power chair with the wrong tires. Took months too exchange them.The tires they put on now cause castor wheels to malfunction and they want to fix the problem without charging me.
