Originally I was in the market for a 1LT Cruze and had contacted ~12 dealers, getting numerous prices. I contacted Jeff Barnes who has done the difficult service on my last 4-5 cars. As a small dealer I wondered if they could compete with prices of larger dealers, but they said they'd work hard to do so. While there we drove a Cruze, but also drove a new Sonic 2LS. Liking both, they let us take the Cruze for a longer drive. I told them I'd want to think about my decision overnight and they didn't pressure me. I decided on the Sonic and was disappointed to hear the 2LS had sold, but Jeff Barnes worked to find the same car in Gettysburg and not only met the best price I had, but beat it, which isn't easy on the Sonic which has so little mark-up. The sales rep (Rob M.) was courteous, answered our questions and never pressured us. I was happy to buy from a dealer whose service department has always earned my respect and I got a great price!
