Do not use this firm! Winters put in a paver patio for us the summer of 2009. They dug out the ground, but then it rained almost daily for a month. When they came to lay the sand, there was still water in the hole. The sand was poured on top of the water & tapped down. Almost immediately, the pavers against the house began to sink. We called & were told we had a 1 yr warranty & that it would be best to wait & let the stones settle & that they would be back in the spring to make the repairs. My husband & I both called repeatedly during the summer of 2010 & left messages with the receptionist. No phone calls were returned & the repair was never made. Then in Feb of 2011, a Winters snow plow tore up the sod across the entire curb edge of our yard & that of our neighbors on both sides. The plow also hit our mailbox & our neighbors. We were assured that all repairs would be made in March. It is now mid Apr and no repairs have been made & again our calls are not being returned.
