SweetWater Service Co. is the best appliance repair company we`ve ever hired. They are unfailingly honest, conscientious, thorough, clean, and really nice to our dog. We`ve had problems with our Kenmore refrigerator. The freezer part was working but the refrigerator was warm and I had to throw the food out several times. It was getting really frustrating because I didnt know what was going on. Anyway, the technicians who came over was an experienced, professional, and respectful, had a friendly attitude, and provided satisfactory service. He fixed my refrigerator the same day and since then the refrigerator has been working perfect.

He was timely and professional. I called around 9am about a broken dishwasher, they scheduled someone to come later that day (3pm). I got a call about 12:30 saying he could be at my house around 1 if that was ok. He came, diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes - I called them back a few days later and had them order the part to repair it. Cant say anything but good things about this business; they are speedy, prompt and good at what they do... rare quality these daysHe did a good job. I will use their services again!
