Beware... HORRIBLE FedEx drop location!!! Horrible customer service! I dropped off a return parcel, complete with FedEx RMA return label, on Friday. The clerk told me that the driver had already picked up, but that the parcel would be scanned into the system. I requested a drop-off receipt, which was provided. As of Monday, three days later, no uploaded tracking information was available on the FedEx app or online. I also called FedEx on Monday and they confirmed that they had not received any uploaded information that the package had been dropped off. When I subsequently called Mailboxes Express to inquire about the absence of any uploaded tracking information, the employee became immediately defensive and belligerent. I asked why I had not been informed on Friday that Mailboxes Express, an authorized FedEx drop location, did not have the capability to upload tracking data into the FedEx delivery system as they had falsely indicated when I left the package. The employee became even more angry, rude and offensive and REFUSED TO HAVE FEDEX PICKUP MY PARCEL! She told me that the parcel would be waiting for me to pick up. Consequently, I had to make a 45 minute round-trip to recover the parcel and take it to another location for shipping. When I arrived my parcel was behind the counter - separated from the other outbound parcels. I can't begin to emphasize how rude and unprofessional this employee was over the phone and when I arrived to retrieve the parcel. She refused to ship my parcel on Monday, even though I had been waiting since Friday, simply because I inquired as to why no tracking information had been uploaded into the FedEx delivery system as promised. This parcel was an approved RMA return, complete with return label, and the recipient was waiting for tracking information in order to ship out a replacement product. I am under a time sensitive return window regarding this product. As a result of this employee's belligerence and unprofessionalism, my return has been unnecessarily delayed for three days. Please take your FedEx items to a reputable delivery location; don't trust Mailboxes Express with your important and time-sensitive shipping!!!
