Sweetser Elementary School provides educational services to more than 250 students in kindergarten and grades three and four. The school has a staff of over 20 certified faculty members and nearly 19 support personnel. Its academic curriculum includes English, science, music, art, physical education, reading, writing, social studies and math. Sweetser Elementary School s facility includes a computer laboratory, cafeteria, gymnasium and library, as well as several classrooms. It organizes various sports activities, such as track and field, cross-country, football, basketball and volleyball. The school offers special classes for students enrolled under the Treatment and Education of Autistic and related Communication handicapped Children (TEACCH) program. Located in Sweetser, Ind., the school is a part of the Oak Hill United School Corporation, which operates several educational institutions.
