"Eat Less" is what this doctor told me. I finally took it to heart. I lost 30 pounds in six weeks. I am 5'8+ and I went from 214 down to 184. I can actually cross my legs now. If I would have known I was going to feel this good about myself, I would have eat less a long time ago. I made this out to be a lot harder than it was. In all reality, I was eating way too much. I cut my portions down to a third and I stuck to it. I couldn't exercise due to a back injury that I am getting through. Could it be that eating less is the only reason I lost my weight?
